Russian Defense Minister in Israel

On Monday, Russian Defense Minister Sergey Shoigu arrived in Tel Aviv in the wake of Israel's earlier in the day aggression in Syria.
Its warplanes terror-bombed an anti-aircraft battery 50 km east of Damascus – a phony pretext given each time these provocations occur.
A statement by Syria's General Command of the Army and Armed Forces said at 8:51 AM on Monday, Israeli warplanes violated Syria's airspace on the border with Lebanon near Baalbek in the Beqaa Valley, to which "our air defenses responded and directly hit one of the jets, forcing (it and others) to retreat."
The Command warned "dangerous repercussions" could follow repeated aggressive incidents, stressing determination to continue combating terrorist groups Israel supports.
