A New York City photographer has deployed a drone to help with his love during the coronavirus lock down.

Jeremy Cohen, 28, spotted a woman dancing on her rooftop on the other side of the street during the quarantine and decided he had to give his number to her.

The Brooklyn resident taped his phone number onto the drone and then flew it over to the mystery woman who later sent him a text message.

Cohen wrote on the Instagram post: 'I can't believe this actually worked and yes this is a real story. There's going to be a part 2 in the next couple of days.'

Cohen is a freelancer who has taken portraits of music artists including singers Post Malone, Miley Cyrus, Mason Ramsey and Lizzo; and rapper Roddy Ricch.

He has promised a 'part two' to his romantic efforts and has been inundated with messages after the video racked up millions of views.
