According to The Chronicle earlier this week, most of Coffey Park has been completely destroyed, and residents returned to what was left of their homes a mere 10 hours after evacuating.
Wayne Sims, owner of one of the homes still standing, ignored evacuation orders to stay and "hose down his home while houses on their side were igniting and exploding."
"I was just drowning this place," Sims told The Chronicle.
