Kiev Declares War

In mid-April, CIA director John Brennan went to Kiev. He did so quietly. He held secret talks. He met with Obama’s new friends.

He came to plot war strategy. He wants Eastern Ukrainian freedom fighters eliminated. He wants them slaughtered in cold blood.

He wants challengers to Washington’s imperium crushed. After his visit, coup-appointed president Okeksandr Turchynov announced a northern Donetsk region “anti-terrorist operation.”

To “protect the citizens of Ukraine,” he claimed. To be conducted “stage-by-stage,” he added. So-called “terrorists” are committe freedom fighters.

They’re Ukraine’s best and bravest. They’re putting their bodies on the line courageously. They’re doing it for fundamental rights everyone deserves.

On April 19, Turchynov declared an Easter truce. Straightaway he broke it. He violated agreed on four-party conflict resolution terms.

On April 23, he ordered special operations in Ukraine’s East resumed. They never ended. Turchynov wants more.

“I demand that security services resume and conduct productive anti-terrorist operations aimed at protecting Ukrainians living in the east of the country,” he said.

Putschist first deputy prime minister Vitaly Yarema announced a “relaunch(ed) active phase (of Kiev’s) “anti-terror operation.”

It’s not yet underway, he said. “In the near future, appropriate measures will be taken and you will see results,” he added.

“We have obtained the support of the United States, that they will not leave us alone with an aggressor,” he said. “We hope that in the event of Russian aggression, this help will be more substantive.”

Two bodies were discovered in Slavyansk. One allegedly was former parliamentary speaker Vladimir Rybak.

Self-defense force leader Vyacheslav Ponomaryov called discovered bodies a provocation. “Let’s wait for the official identification and forensic medical examination results,” he said.

Turchynov lied saying “terrorists who effectively took the whole Donetsk region hostage have now gone too far, by starting to torture and murder Ukrainian patriots.”

He lied saying “(t)hese crimes are being carried out with the full support and indulgence of the Russian Federation.”

Vice President Joe Biden visited Kiev. He addressed putschist legislators. He repeated one Big Lie after another.

“…(W)e want to be your partner, your friend,” he said. “We stand with you. (It’s) personal, an emotional commitment, as well, by millions of Americans,” he claimed.

He vowed Washington will never recognize Russia’s “illegal occupation” of Crimea. He called on Moscow to stop supporting “masked gunmen” occupying Eastern Ukrainian government buildings.

He warned of additional sanctions if “provocative behavior” doesn’t stop. He lied claiming Russian special forces operate in Eastern Ukraine.

He claimed they promote unrest. They’re involved in occupying government buildings, he said.

He ignored Washington’s full responsibility for elevating illegitimate putschists to power. He was silent about neo-Nazis running things.

He said nothing about militant fascist extremism. He turned a blind eye to brazen US-manipulated coup d’etat illegitimacy.

He praised his new friends. He pledged more US help. “You will not walk this road alone,” he said. “We will walk it with you.”

Deputy national security advisor Ben Rhodes lied claiming “(i)nternational order is at stake. Our (Ukraine policy) is targeted at upholding the international order that we believe has been violated,” he said.

He stopped short of explaining Washington’s full responsibility. Blaming Russia doesn’t wash. Sergei Lavrov was clear and unequivocal, saying:

“There is no reason not to believe that the Americans are running the show” in Ukraine. He called Biden’s Kiev visit no coincidence. He came at the same time Turchynov announced renewed “anti-terrorist” operations.

“It’s quite telling they chose (this) moment,” Lavrov added. Biden’s visit followed John Brennan’s days earlier.

Russia will retaliate if necessary, said Lavrov. “If we are attacked, we would certainly respond.”

“If our interests, our legitimate interests, the interests of Russians have been attacked directly, like they were in South Ossetia for example, I do not see any other way but to respond in accordance with international law,” he stressed.

Washington’s Ukraine agenda relates solely to its imperial interests. It “doesn’t show the slightest understanding of what is happening,” said Lavrov.

It ignores root crisis causes. It offers irrelevant “ready-made solutions.” Moscow will never fail to aid Russian nationals anywhere, Lavrov stressed.

“Russian citizens being attacked is an attack against the Russian Federation,” he said.

“Ukraine is just one manifestation of the American unwillingness to yield in the geopolitical fight. Americans are not ready to admit that they cannot run the show in each and every part of the globe from Washington alone.”

Russia rejects illegitimate Kiev putschists. “In Geneva, we agreed there must be an end to all violence. Next afternoon, Turchynov declared almost a state of emergency and ordered the army to shoot at the people.”

On Tuesday, he ordered “anti-terrorist” operations resumed. Moscow rejects use of force throughout Eastern Ukraine and anywhere.

Separately, Pentagon spokesman Rear Admiral John Kirby announced 600 US troops sent to Poland and Baltic states.

They’ll participate in military exercises. They’ll continue throughout 2014. Perhaps into 2015.

Deploying US forces sends a strong message NATO allies, he said. Washington’s commitment is firm.

“If there’s a message to Moscow, it is the same exact message that we take our obligations very, very seriously on the continent of Europe,” he added.

“Russia’s aggression in Ukraine has renewed our resolve to strengthening NATO’s defense plans and capabilities, and to demonstrate our continued commitment to collective defense in reinforcing our NATO allies in Central and Eastern Europe,” he claimed.

At the same time, Finland agreed to a NATO Memorandum of Understanding. It involves maintaining Alliance warships and aircraft on its territory.

Defense Secretary Carl Haglund claimed doing so isn’t a step toward NATO membership. “(I)n times of crisis, we are better qualified for receiving assistance from other EU countries, the Nordic countries and NATO countries,” he said.

On April 22, Russian Deputy Defense Minister Anatoly Antonov said:

“Moral pressure is being exerted and attempts are being made to convince the public that ‘the Russians are bad’ and they should choose an orientation towards European democracy.”

“They are talking about some kind of military-technological assistance, advisors and a larger number of joint exercises.”

“NATO pursues the sole task of driving a wedge between Russia and its allies, detaching us from one another.”

“We can see that the alliance continues to mount its military presence near our borders.”

“They kept telling us about certain camps training soldiers and officers for missions in ‘hotbeds’ and ‘semi-hotbeds.’ ”

“Now it is not a secret that these military units of NATO will be permanent. Whatever they may be called – bases, contingents or formations – their meaning does not change. A military potential is emerging by the Russian borders.”

“If anyone thinks that Russia will rush into a project as soon as NATO crooks a finger at us, this is a profound mistake to make.”

Russia bashing continues relentlessly. Big Lies substitute for straight talk. The Washington Post headlined “In Russia, a Soviet revival grips leadership,” saying:

“…(T)he Soviet Union is suddenly alive and well again in the minds of a giddy cohort of the Russian elite. Not the ideology, please – but the gravity, the cold-eyed assertion of power abroad and at home, and the allegiance demanded by the state.”

A litany of lies followed. It’s standard WaPo practice. A day earlier, its editors headlined “President Obama, disregarding his own red line, dithers on Ukraine,” saying”

Russia “continue(s) to escalate. Its operatives and those they control have not withdrawn from the government buildings they occupy.”

“For weeks, Mr. Obama has held back on forceful measures against Mr. Putin’s aggression in Ukraine on the theory that a measured approach matched with diplomacy would yield results.”

“The policy has failed. Now Mr. Obama must act – or doom Ukraine to dismemberment.”

Fact: Russian democracy shames America’s sham version. It’s more fantasy than real.

Fact: Russia has gone all-out to resolve Ukrainian crisis conditions responsibly. Washington’s strategy is polar opposite. It bears full responsibility for what’s ongoing

Fact: US-supported putschists have no legitimacy whatever. Eastern Ukrainians have every right to reject them.

They deserve universal support. Don’t expect WaPo editors to explain. Big Lies substitute for responsible reporting.

They proliferate recklessly. They risk escalating things out-of-control. They risk possible East/West conflict.

Washington deplores peace. It rejects diplomatic solutions. Ones agreed to aren’t worth the paper they’re written on.

Promises made are systematically broken. US strategy prioritizes controlling all former Soviet republics and Warsaw Pact countries.

Ukraine is the crown jewel. In his 1997 book titled “The Grand Chessboard: American Primacy And Its Geostrategic Imperatives,” Zbigniew Brzezinski said:

“Without Ukraine, Russia ceases to be a Eurasian empire.” US control is prioritized. It’s been so since Washington broke GHW Bush’s pledge not to expand NATO East.

No encroachment on Russia’s borders would happen provided Moscow let its former republics become independent. Former President Mikhail Gorbachev was lied to.

America’s word is never its bond. Former Russian republics Estonia, Latvia, and Lithuania are NATO members.

Other Eastern European ones include Albania, Bulgaria, Croatia, the Czech Republic, Hungary, Poland, Romania and Slovenia.

Washington wants all remaining Eastern European nations co-opted. It wants them part of NATO.

US bases encircle Russian and Chinese borders menacingly. So-called missile defense systems intended for offense target them.

Neither country threatens America. Positioning strategic weapons near their borders shows Washington’s real intentions.

The battle for Ukraine’s soul continues. Washington is losing control. Michael Hudson believes it has “no means to follow through.”

“The effect is to make the United States look like what Mao Tse Tung called it: a Paper Tiger. Having waved a big stick, the United States and its NATO satellites are now leaving Ukraine broke,” he said.

“The aim of prying it out of the Russian orbit has left Ukraine heavily in debt to Russia for arrears in payments for gas (now no longer subsidized) and in danger of losing Russia as its major market for industrial exports.”

Business as usual continues. Saber rattling dares Moscow to respond. Cold War 2.0 rages. Recklessness defines US policy. Russia is wrongfully blamed for US lawlessness.

Vilifying its policies persists. Calling them a major danger doesn’t wash. Putin prioritizes diplomatic conflict resolutions. Advancing America’s imperium prevents it.

One crisis segues to others. Will Ukraine be Washington’s undoing? Rodney Shakespeare suggests a possible “turning point in history.” US hubris may precipitate its own downfall.

Is America’s empire declining? Washington hasn’t won a war since WW II. Militants battle for control in Iraq and Libya. US-installed puppet regimes are weak.

Over 12 years of Afghanistan’s war resolved nothing. Nor will another decade of fighting if it continues.

Obama’s proxy Syria war reflects failure. America makes more enemies than friends. Will Ukraine hasten Washington’s decline? Will its grip on world power weaken?

Will current allies lose patience? Will they cut their losses and abandon partnering in America’s imperial adventurism? Will Ukraine be the last straw?

Hindsight is the best foresight. The fullness of time alone will tell. Ending Washington’s imperial rampaging can’t happen a moment too soon. Humanity’s survival depends on it.

Israel Wants Temple Mount Control

The Dome of the Rock on the Temple Mount and Al-Aqsa Mosque rank third in Islamic importance. They do so after Mecca’s Sacred Mosque and Madina’s Mosque of the Prophet.

Israel wants control. Naftali Bennett is Israel’s Jewish Home Party leader, Economy minister, and Jerusalem and Diaspora Affairs minister.

In February, he told the Conference of Presidents of Major Jewish Organizations of plans for greater Israeli control over East Jerusalem.

“Unfortunately, the Temple Mount today doesn’t allow for the full exercise of freedom of religion, and there is discrimination against Jews there,” he said.

Knesset members debated establishing greater Temple Mount sovereignty. Arab world criticism followed.

PA officials held an emergency session. A statement followed saying:

“If Israel continues this policy, it proves it does not want peace but continues to violate international laws and resolutions.”

One-third of Jordanian parliamentarians urged annulling Amman’s peace treaty with Israel. They called Israeli efforts for more Temple Mount sovereignty a clear peace treaty violation. It’s “aggression against Jordanian custodianship,” they said.

Jordan and the Jerusalem-based Islamic Waqf jointly administer the Temple Mount. They’ve done so since June 1967. Proposed Israeli changes bear full responsibility for unrest.

Its provocations are commonplace. In 2014 alone, the Al-Aqsa Foundation and Heritage reported 1,720 Israelis invaded the mosque compound provocatively.

Virtually daily they create one or more incidents. Most often they want to pray where they don’t belong. They want to incite violence. They want Israeli security forces blaming Palestinians for their provocations.

Extremist Israeli rabbis want full control over the entire area. So do right-wing ideologues. It covers 144 dunums. It includes both mosques, an Islamic museum, a Sharia Islamic court and other facilities.

Palestinian worshipers remain inside the Al-Aksa Mosque compound to protect it. Israeli forces storm it belligerently all too often.

On April 17, they did so. They fired rubber-coated steel bullets at worshipers. Dozens were hurt.

Al-Aqsa Mosque director Sheikh Azam al-Kahtib said “about 1,000 Israeli officers stormed the compound.” They used “live ammunition,” he added.

Special forces deployed around the main gates since dawn. They blocked worshipers outside from getting in.

Ministry of endowment employees and students attending school inside were denied entry.

Security guards did so. So did men aged over 65. Several worshipers prayed in alleys outside.

Police spokesman Mickey Rosenfeld lied. He claimed peaceful Palestinians provocatively threw “stones and firecrackers” at police. They responded with rubber-coated steel bullets and stun grenades.

About 100 worshipers remain inside the compound day and night. They do so to protect it.

On April 20, Haaretz headlined “Temple Mount closed to visitors as police, Palestinians clash.”

Hardline Jewish extremists bear responsibility. They want their rituals conducted where they don’t belong. On Sunday, two Border Police were slightly injured.

For the first time, violence spread into the Old City’s Muslim Quarter. Israeli security forces closed the Temple Mount. Doing so justifiably infuriated Muslim worshipers. According to Haaretz:

“Most incidents involve Jews attempting to access the area in order to pray or demonstrate a Jewish presence.”

“The growing strength of the Jewish Temple Movement and other organizations that seek to change the status quo on the Temple Mount has exacerbated these tensions, as has the crisis in the Israeli-Palestinian negotiations.”

Hardline Jewish extremists get US-based support. American Friends of LIBI provide it.

It’s a 501c3 NGO. Pro-Israeli volunteers run it. “When you donate to LIBI USA, over 95% of your donation goes directly to support Israeli soldiers,” they say.

It’s an official IDF fund. In 1980, former Prime Minister Menachem Begin and then Staff IDF chief of staff Rafael Eitan established it.

The did so “to provide educational, religious, medical and recreational needs of Israeli soldiers.”

On April 13, American Friends of LIBI headlined:

“BREAKING NEWS: This morning, after Palestinian and Arab rioters threw stones and Molotov cocktails on the Temple Mount, the police were forced to close the area.”

“Is it time for Israel to take control of the Temple Mount, end the violence, and open it to people of all religions? Click here to

A photo shows “(m)asked Palestinian youths throw(ing) stones towards Israeli riot police during clashes following Friday prayers at Jerusalem’s al-Aqsa mosque compound on February 7, 2014.”

American Friends of LIBI support institutionalized Israeli racism. “Time to…get the Arabs out,” they asked?

It bears repeating. The Temple Mount and Al-Aqsa Mosque rank third in Islamic importance. Zionist zealots don’t care.

They want Muslims denied entry to Islam’s third holiest site. They want Jews allowed on sacred ground where they don’t belong.

Israeli police lie. They claimed dozens of Palestinian youths provocatively threw stones and firecrackers at them from within the compound. Many were masked, they added.

Arrests followed. Dozens of Palestinians were injured. Dozens more arrested. Israeli initiated violence rocks the Temple Mount. It does so virtually daily.

Palestinians are wrongfully blamed. Israeli zealots and security forces bear full responsibility.

On April 21, dozens of settler extremists stormed through Mughrabi gate. Israeli police protected them. They blocked Palestinian worshipers. They unsuccessfully tried entering the Temple Mount.

On April 21, an Israeli court exiled six Jerusalemites for varying periods. Izzideen al-Shaloudi, Malik al-Showaiki, Mohammed Romman, Ihab Ighbarieya, and Muhannad Atieya were targeted.

Israeli zealots target Palestinians throughout the Occupied Territories. On April 18, they vandalized an Umm al-Fahm mosque.

They torched its front door. They spray-painted hate graffiti on its walls. They did so over the Passover holiday period (April 14 – April 22).

“Arabs out,” they wrote. Friday’s attack followed earlier ones. Investigations when held are whitewashed. Crimes go unpunished.

Palestinians are fair game. Radicalized Jews act with impunity. Israeli security forces do nothing to stop them.

They encourage lawlessness by inaction. They do it with overt support. So-called “price tag” attacks describe retaliations relating to Israeli government actions limiting their political goals.

They occur with disturbing regularity. They’re documented by time, type, location, number of injuries and/or deaths. They do so by settlements of origin.

Israeli and collaborating Palestinian security forces do virtually nothing to stop them.

Ordinary Palestinians are left vulnerable on their own. They’re in a virtual war zone. Israel is an occupying power.

International law is clear. Palestinian security and safety come first. Israel ignores its mandated responsibility. Punishments don’t follow Israeli crimes against humanity.

Separately, Nikolayev, Ukraine’s main synagogue was firebombed on April 19. At the time, it was empty.

The synagogue’s security camera recorded the incident. A passer-by extinguished the fire. In late February, Zaporizhia’s Giymat Rosa synagogue was attacked the same way.

Jewish media selectively report these incidents. Western ones largely ignore them. Putschist controlled presstitutes turn a blind eye.

Last week, fake letters circulated to Donetsk Jews. They called on those over 16 to register. Failure threatened citizenship revocation, deportation and assets seized.

Jew baiting followed Kiev putschists usurping power. Racist hate is unstated official policy.

Ukrainian Jews nationwide have one thing alone to fear. They’re targeted. They’re endangered.

Neo-Nazi putschists threaten them. Eastern Ukrainian freedom fighters are wrongfully blamed.

Kiev putschists are fascist extremists. Svoboda Party and Right Sector leaders openly display neo-Nazi symbols and insignia.

Svoboda’s slogan is “Ukraine for the Ukrainians.” It earlier called itself Socialist-Nationalists.

It bears erie resemblance to Hitler’s National Socialism. It reflects fascism writ large.

Hooliganism is longstanding neo-Nazi policy. So is anti-Semitism. It’s rife in Ukraine. Earlier Jewish populations suffered pogroms and other hate crimes.

Current ones are targeted in other ways. Svoboda Party head Oleh Tyahnbok once said Ukraine is headed by a “Muscovite-Jewish mafia.”

Fascist elements openly display Celtic crosses. They reflect neo-Nazi white nationalist pride. The symbol 14/88 is prominent.

The 14 represents a white nationalist 14-word slogan. The 88 stands for ‘Heil Hitler.” “H” is the alphabet’s 8th letter.

Black Sun occult symbolism is used. Allegedly it was drawn for Heinrich Himmler from an old Aryan emblem. It represented inner-circle SS power.

It united three important Nazi ideological symbols – the sun wheel, the 12 SS Knights of the Order of the Death’s Head, and their three retainers.

Red and black flags are openly displayed. Nazi collaborator Stepan Bandera featured them. He participated in mass executions and ethnic cleansing.

He wanted Ukraine made ethnically pure. Mass extermination followed. Current Ukrainian neo-Nazis have their own methods.

Bandera’s legacy thrives in Ukraine today. His present day counterparts get open US support.

Repressive power politics dominates America, Israel and Ukraine. State terrorism reflects official policy.

Anyone challenging state power is targeted. Coverup and denial claim otherwise.

These countries aren’t fit to live in. They’re unsafe. Fascist hardliners run them. They threaten world peace.

The Obscenity of War in a World of Need and Suffering

A study by professor Linda J. Blimes of Harvard University concludes that the cost to the US of the Iraq and Afghan wars, taken together, will be between $4 and $6 trillion. This includes long-term medical care and disability compensation for service members, veterans and families, military replenishment and social and economic costs. The cost so far is $2 trillion.

In order to get our head round the colossal figure of $6 trillion, this is equivalent to $75,000 for every household in the US. Deaths of Iraqis and Afghans taken together are estimated from 600,000 to a million, coalition troop deaths around 8,000, over 7,000 of whom are Americans. The suffering and the sheer misery of widows, orphans and families behind these statistics are unimaginable.

Our propensity to dehumanize the ‘other’ makes it all too easy for the demagogue, the charlatan and the power hungry to exploit. We are too readily manipulated and outraged into diverting our resources into wars that cause death, injury and destruction. The suffering to millions of fellow human beings is kept from us by mainstream media too ready to play its role. In any case, the dehumanization of our ‘enemies’ dulls our compassion to the point of not seeing their pain and suffering as real.

Leaders and those who would profit from these wars would package their language in distortions and omissions to hide the truth. George Orwell summed it up: “Political language… is designed to make lies sound truthful and murder respectable, and to give an appearance of solidity to pure wind.”

Let us for a moment put aside the human cost of these wars and concentrate on the economic cost. This obscene spending on death and destruction is done by a country, the US, where 15% of its citizens, 46 million, live below the poverty threshold of $23,492 and 1.5 million of its children become homeless every year.

Worldwide, 3 billion people live on less than $2.50 a day, 360 million of whom live on less than $1 a day. Grinding poverty, hunger and lack of clean water and effective sanitation blight their lives and their future. 22,000 children die every day due to poverty.

Families are trapped in a cycle of misery and deprivation that cascades through generations with no escape route. Yet in this world of need and suffering, the world military spending stood at over $1.7 trillion in 2012.

The vast majority of us individually can see that there is something seriously wrong with the way our priorities are perceived. It is beyond comprehension that with so much poverty and need worldwide, that so much wealth is spent on wars and weapons of death and destruction. However, this rationality and our sense of fairness could so easily be overcome when called upon to dehumanize our perceived ‘enemies’.

As a species we have tremendous talents. Our scientific achievements are incredible; our advances in medicine and technology are stunning. Our social development however is still almost at Stone Age level.

State Department Big Lies

John Kerry repeats them ad nauseam. They come in country reports. They’re in press releases. They’re in daily briefings.

May 3 is World Press Freedom Day. It reminds governments of their obligation to support it. Article 19 of the Universal Declaration of Human Rights states:

“Everyone has the right to freedom of opinion and expression; this right includes freedom to hold opinions without interference and to seek, receive and impart information and ideas through any media and regardless of frontiers.”

On May 2, a State Department Fact Sheet addressed world press freedom. It did so disingenuously. Washington goes all-out to suppress it.

Not according to State Department misinformation, saying:

“On World Press Freedom Day, the United States pays special honor to the importance of media freedom – a crucial element of freedom of expression – at home and abroad.”

“A diverse and independent press is crucial to holding governments accountable and promoting democracy around the world.”

Washington deplores press freedom. It does so at home and abroad. It wants its message alone disseminated. It wants dissenting views buried.

The State Department lied claiming “(t)he US Government…brought media freedom issues to the fore at the UN and in regional multilateral forums.”

Truth is the best disinfectant. Revealing it exposes America’s dark side. It’s evident in Ukraine.

On Friday, deputy State Department spokeswoman Marie Harf addressed ongoing events.

Fantasy substituted for reality. She was asked about Kiev arresting hundreds of journalists.

“More than 500 have been harassed, beaten, abducted, and (one) killed,” she said.

She pointed fingers the wrong way. She blamed ousted President Viktor Yanukovych. She turned truth on its head doing so.

Kiev putschists banned Russian TV channels. They shut down independent Ukrainian ones.

The OSCE’s media watchdog criticized its actions. It voiced strong concerns. Its media freedom representative Dunja Mijatovic said:

“Banning programming without a legal basis is a form of censorship. National security concerns should not be used at the expense of media freedom.”

“While I deplore any kind of state propaganda and hate speech as part of the current information war, everyone has the right to receive information from as many sources as he or she wishes.”

“Switching off and banning channels is not the way to address these problems. Any potentially problematic speech should be countered with arguments and more speech.”

At least 5 Russian channels were blocked. They include Vesti, Russia 24, Channel One (worldwide), RTR ‘Planeta.’ and NTV-World.

Over half of Ukrainians speak Russian. Around one-third call it their native language.

According to Crimea’s Information Minister Dmitry Polonsky:

“From the moral point of view, all Ukrainian TV channels were rigidly censored by Kiev’s illegitimate authorities.”

They did so “(i)n violation of fundamental principles. They broadcast only one point of view.”

They harass, beat, and terrorize independent journalists. Ukrainian media freedom is fantasy.

Challenging Kiev putschists risks brutalizing, arrests and death. Police states operate this way. Harf pretended otherwise.

Putin “has a choice to make now,” she said.

“He can de-escalate the situation, pull back from the brink, or if he chooses to continue moving forward, we will impose additional costs, including sectoral sanctions that will make very clear to the Russian people that President Putin is more concerned with chest – beating in the region than actually giving his people the economic opportunities they deserve.”

“We’ll keep imposing additional costs, and Russia will become increasingly isolated, their people will become isolated, their economy will become isolated.”

“All the work they did in terms of the WTO, the G8, which is now the G7, all of that will go down the drain and they will become increasingly isolated, which will really, really, severely hurt their economy.”

“And it’s up to President Putin whether he wants those costs.”

She ignored his geopolitical leadership. She turned a blind eye to his forthrightness. He prioritizes diplomatic conflict resolution.

Obama supports violence against Eastern Ukrainian freedom fighters. So does Kerry. Harf didn’t explain. Lies substituted for truth.

On April 28, an Office of the White House Press Secretary statement on Ukraine said in part:

“The United States has taken further action today in response to Russia’s continued illegal intervention in Ukraine and provocative acts that undermine Ukraine’s democracy and threaten its peace, security, stability, sovereignty, and territorial integrity.”

“At the contact group meeting in Geneva on April 17, 2014, Russia, Ukraine, the United States, and the European Union decided on a number of steps to deescalate the situation in eastern Ukraine, including refraining from further violence or provocative acts.”

“Since April 17, Russia has done nothing to meet its Geneva commitments and in fact has further escalated the crisis.”

“Russia’s involvement in the recent violence in eastern Ukraine is indisputable.”

Fact: Washington bears full responsibility for “threaten(ing) (Ukraine’s) peace, security, stability, sovereignty, and territorial integrity.”

Fact: Putin forthrightly supports it.

Fact: He’s gone all-out to resolve things diplomatically.

Fact: Washington systematically subverts his best efforts.

Fact: America’s “involvement in the recent violence in eastern Ukraine is indisputable.”

Fact: Blaming Russia doesn’t wash. Repetition doesn’t transform Big Lies into Truths.

“The international community has been unified in its position that Russia must cease its illegal intervention and provocative actions in Ukraine,” the statement continued.

“The United States, working closely with its partners, remains prepared to impose still greater costs on Russia if the Russian leadership continues these provocations instead of de-escalating the situation, consistent with its Geneva commitments.”

Fact: Sanctions have no legitimacy.

Fact: They have no legal standing.

Fact: It bears repeating. Washington bears full responsibility for Ukrainian crisis conditions.

Fact: Russia continues going all-out to resolve them forthrightly.

Don’t expect State Department officials to explain. Or spokespersons paid to lie.

Expect Big Lies to substitute. It’s longstanding US policy. It’s the American way.

Massacre in Odessa

Ukraine is the epicenter of European fascist reemergence. Friday’s Odessa massacre revealed its ugly face writ large.

Unrestrained brutality explains it. More of the same is likely. Perhaps much worse ahead. Maybe Friday’s incident was prelude for more planned slaughter.

On May 2, Itar Tass reported what happened in Odessa, saying:

“As many as 38 people died in a fire lit by Ukraine’s Right Sector and self-defence radicals at the building of trade union council in the Black Sea city of Odessa on Friday, a spokesman for the Ukrainian interior ministry said.”

“According to the ministry, thirty people died of carbon oxide intoxication, eight died having jumped out of windows. As many as 50 people sought medical assistance, including ten policemen.”

On May 3, Itar Tass reported Ukraine’s Interior Ministry saying:

“As a result of clashes and fire in the Trade Unions House in Odessa’s Kulikovo Pole square, 42 people have died and 125 have been injured and taken to hospital. There are 21 policemen among the injured.”

Itar Tass said survivors “were cruelly beaten by Kiev radicals with batons.”

An Odessa region police report said:

“Thirty-seven people were killed and some 200 injured, including 22 policemen.” Over 130 suspected perpetrators were detained. Ten criminal cases were initiated.”

Neo-Nazi Right Sector were responsible. Kiev putschists helicoptered them in. They came with orders to attack self-defense force activists violently. They took full advantage.

Odessa regional council member/mayoral candidate Alexei Albu was attacked. He explained what happened, saying:

“When we came out of the burning building, a crowd of nationalists attacked us. I can say that about a hundred people were hurt.”

“People jumped out of windows. Everything was in smoke. People lying on the ground were kicked with feet.”

“I and one of our activists, Vlad, have serious head injuries. We are heading for a hospital. Earlier in the day, our activist Ivan received a bullet wound.”

“Right Sector members who attacked the House of Trade Unions were fully equipped, armed and prepared beforehand.”

On May 3, Itar Tass headlined “Kerry’s refusal to discuss Ukraine is irresponsible approach.”

Russia’s Foreign Ministry said he asked to speak with Sergey Lavrov on Syria. When he knew “Russia proposed to include the Ukrainian issue, (he) postponed the talk…”

“Such an approach clearly indicates that the American colleagues are not interested to look for a way out of the explosive situation fraught with unpredictable consequences and actually play into the hands of the current leadership in Kiev.”

Russia’s UN envoy Vitaly Churkin expressed shock “at the placidity of Western countries over the illegitimate Kiev leadership’s actions with the use of force against residents in southeastern Ukraine.”

“Such an attitude of the West made Kiev sure of impunity for its actions,” he added.

On May 2, Obama expressed support for violence against Eastern Ukrainian freedom fighters. He lied saying:

“(A)s as Ukrainian forces move to restore order in eastern Ukraine, it is obvious to the world that these Russian-backed groups are not peaceful protestors.”

“They are heavily armed militants who are receiving significant support from Russia.”

“The Ukrainian government has the right and responsibility to uphold law and order within its territory, and Russia needs to use its influence over these paramilitary groups so they disarm and stop provoking violence.”

“(I)f the Russian leadership does not change course, it will face increasing costs as well as growing isolation – diplomatic and economic.”

“(I)f Russia continues on its current course, we have a range of tools at our disposal, including sanctions that would target certain sectors of the Russian economy.”

“(I) it continues to destabilize eastern Ukraine and disrupt this month’s presidential election, we will move quickly on additional steps, including further sanctions that will impose greater costs.  But that is a choice facing the Russian leadership.”

“(T)he Ukrainian government has already shown itself more than willing to work through some of the issues that would ensure that the rights of all Ukrainians are respected, that you have a representative government.”

“They’ve shown themselves willing to discuss amendments to their constitution that devolve power to a local level.”

“The Ukrainian government in Kyiv has followed through on the commitments that it made in Geneva. We need Russians to do the same.”

Fact: Washington bears full responsibility for elevating fascist putschists to power.

Fact: It bears full responsibility for Kiev violence.

Fact: It does so for Eastern Ukrainian brutality.

Fact: CIA director John Brennan traveled to Kiev covertly.

Fact: He came with orders.

Fact: He directed America’s new friends to unleash violence against  Eastern Ukrainian activists.

Fact: Vice President Joe Biden delivered the same message.

Fact: He green-lighted violence on his Kiev visit following Brennan’s.

Fact: Kiev putschists attacked as ordered.

Fact: They deployed military forces against peaceful Eastern Ukrainian activists.

Fact: They helicoptered in neo-Nazi Right Sector thugs to beat and murder them.

Fact: Eastern Ukrainians freedom fighters acted solely on their own volition.

Fact: No evidence whatever suggests Russian involvement or backing.

Fact: The illegitimate “Ukrainian government has (no) right” to subvert law and order.

Fact: Eastern Ukrainian activists aren’t militants. They’re not paramilitaries.

Fact: They’re ordinary people. They workers fighting for their legitimate rights.

Fact: Kiev putschists straightaway violated Geneva four-party agreement terms to resolve conflict diplomatically.

Fact: Russia supports them responsibly.

RT International interviewed Aleksei Albu. He escaped from the burning Trade Unions House. He was viciously attacked. He was brutally beaten.

“Militants from the Right Sector arrived from Kharkov to Odessa today,” he said. “They attacked the center of the city first and then they moved on to the anti-Kiev protesters camp.”

“They attacked the camp with about 200 people there – 100 of whom were women and men over 50 and 60 years of age – with Molotov cocktails.”

“The people at the camp then barricaded themselves inside the Trade Unions House.”

Right Sector thugs surrounded the building. They “began throwing stun grenades and tear gas” inside.

“I was there inside the building and took part in the defense. We tried to defend ourselves as much as we could.”

“When we were finally able to jump out of the window from the second floor, we were met by the Right Sector radicals.”

“They beat us with their feet using bats and chains. My friend got an open head injury.”

“I received a wound six centimeters long and am now in a hospital waiting to get stitches. We were all covered in blood, our legs were beaten by bats.”

A second unidentified activist told RT:

He was trapped on the Trade Unions House rooftop. So were about 50 others. “We tried to close all doors and windows that lead to the roof, got rid of all ladders,” he said.

Right Sector thugs blocked building entrances. Police did nothing to stop them.

He was “waiting and hoping that someone (would) come here and help us get out alive.”

“If police (didn’t defend them) against this angry mob, then (he didn’t) don’t know how (he and others would) find a way to leave.”

Vitaly Churkin called what happened “reminiscent of the crimes of the Nazis from whom the Ukrainian ultra-nationalists derive their ideological inspiration.”

RT video footage showed “disturbing scenes of dead bodies lying around the rooms with thick smoke in the air and blood stains on the floor.”

Most bodies “had St. George ribbons attached to their clothes, distinguishing them as anti-Kiev activists.”

Odessa authorities declared May 3, 4 and 5 “mourning days.” Flags with black ribbons were lowered to half mast.

A Russian Foreign Ministry statement was clear and unequivocal, saying:

“The tragic events in Odessa on May 2, in which, according to reports, 38 people died and 50 were injured, are viewed in Moscow as criminal irresponsibility of the Kiev leadership indulging insolent nationalist radicals, including the Right Sector, who are staging a campaign of physical terror against supporters of federalization and real constitutional changes in the Ukrainian society.”

“We categorically condemn it.”

“Such intention to blame Russia for everything at any cost, even at the cost of cruelly killed people, is prompted by the attempt to remove the responsibility from the Kiev leadership for what is happening in Ukraine.”

Friday’s massacre revealed fascism’s ugly face. Unrestrained brutality explains it. Obama endorsed it.

One fascist regime supports another. They share guilt. They promise more of the same. People of conscience everywhere condemn it.

Thousands of Eastern Ukrainian freedom fighters are its best and bravest. They vow continued resistance.

They reject illegitimate Kiev putschists. They do so justifiably. They demand fundamental rights everyone deserves.

They merit worldwide support. They’re an example for freedom lovers everywhere to follow.

Power yields nothing. Change never comes top down. Always bottom up. Sustained commitment is required to achieve it.

If societies fit to live in aren’t worth fighting for, what is?

US Threatens Russia

Washington bears full responsibility for elevating illegitimate fascist putschists to power. Doing so reflects another sordid chapter in US history. For sure, it won’t be the last.

Bullying, bluster and threatening ultimatums define US policy. John Kerry warned Sergei Lavrov.

Moscow has “days, not weeks,” to assure Ukrainian four-part agreement terms are implemented. State Department spokeswoman Jen Psaki repeated his threat, saying:

“The secretary urged Russia to take concrete steps to help implement the Geneva agreement, including publicly calling on separatists to vacate illegal buildings and checkpoints, accept amnesty and address their grievances politically.”

“He also called on Russia to assign a senior diplomat to work with the OSCE mission in eastern Ukraine to make absolutely clear to the separatists that Russia supports the agreement and wants de-escalation.”

“The Secretary also made clear that Russia’s recent public statement casting doubt on Ukraine’s commitment to the Geneva agreement flies in the face of the facts.”

“The Government of Ukraine put forward a broad amnesty bill for separatists to give up buildings and weapons, and has sent senior representatives to the east with the OSCE to help implement the agreement, and had called an Easter pause in its counterterrorism operations.”

“He asked that Russia now demonstrate an equal level of commitment to the Geneva agreement in both its rhetoric and its actions.”

“As noted in Geneva, without implementation, the joint statement is only a piece of paper, and what is needed is true de-escalation.”

“The Ukrainians have taken steps. The Russians have to take additional steps.” Otherwise, they’ll be “consequences for inaction.”

Fact check

Kiev putschists deployed neo-Nazi Right Sector thugs. They did so to Eastern Ukraine. They unleashed violence. They violated Easter truce terms straightaway.

Deescalation is a convenient illusion. Washington bears full responsibility for Ukrainian crisis conditions. Rogue EU nations partner in crime.

Cold War 2.0 rages. At stake is world peace. A potential East/West confrontation looms.

Washington wants all rival governments eliminated. It wants pro-Western stooge ones replacing them. It wants unchallenged worldwide dominance. It risks possible global conflict in the process.

Psaki didn’t explain. She irresponsibly blamed Russia for US imperial adventurism. It persists relentlessly. Core international, constitutional and US statute laws are violated.

Ukraine is in the eye of the storm. The worst of all possible outcomes may follow. Targeting Russia raises the stakes.

Sergei Lavrov is a consummate diplomat. He shames his US counterpart. Washington should take responsibility for its actions, he said.

“Before giving us ultimatums, demanding that we fulfill demands within two or three days with the threat of sanctions, we would urgently call on our American partners to fully accept responsibility for those who they brought to power,” he stressed.

Threatening Russia with consequences won’t work, he added. It’s “big, independent (and) power(ful)…(It) knows what it wants.”

Washington, rogue EU partners and Kiev putschists lie. They “invent possible and impossible arguments against Russia,” Lavrov said.

Claiming Russian arms in Eastern Ukraine proves Moscow interference doesn’t wash. Saying so is “ludicrous. Everybody has Russian arms in Ukraine.”

At the same time, illegal Ukrainian elements have US weapons, not Kiev’s military.

Putschist “authorities are doing nothing, not even lifting a finger, to address the causes behind this deep internal crisis in Ukraine,”  Lavrov stressed.

They violated four-party agreement terms straightaway. Days earlier, CIA head John Brennan arrived in Kiev. He came with US administration instructions.

Wage war on Eastern Ukrainian freedom fighters, they were told. Putin warned of potential “civil war.”

So did Prime Minister Dmitry Medvedev. Putschists launched violence, he said.

“The illegal rulers are trying to restore the order they cynically trampled on when they participated in an armed uprising,” he added.

They deployed military forces east. They unleashed Right Sector neo-Nazis thugs. They lied claiming otherwise.

According to Lavrov, they’re “running the show” in central and Western Ukraine. They’re “trying to affect eastern regions.”

Kiev putschists claim Maidan “act(s) legally which is totally inadmissible.” Attacking Slavyansk activists shows Kiev want four-party agreement terms derailed, Lavrov said.

“The fact that extremists started to shoot at unarmed civilians is unacceptable.” At the same time, putschists target foreign journalists.

Some are blocked. They’re denied permission to enter Ukraine. Others are threatened, harassed and arrested. So are Southeastern Ukrainian activists.

Police states operate this way. Ukraine is one of the worst. Order must be restored, said Lavrov. Real constitutional reform is essential.

So far it’s nowhere in sight. Extremism as well as ethnic and religious intolerance continue.

Illegally armed groups operate freely. They do so extrajudicially. They rampage with impunity. They threaten anyone challenging them. They shoot to kill.

Russia won’t allow civil war in Ukraine to erupt, said Lavrov. “There has been a surge in appeals to Russia for saving them from this outrage.”

“We are being put into an extremely complex position,” he added.

“Those who are deliberately pursuing a civil war, possibly, in an attempt to start a big, serious bloody conflict, are pursuing a criminal policy.”

“And we will not only condemn this policy but will also stop it,” he stressed.

“Geneva agreements on Ukraine specify no timeframe, but measures should be taken urgently.” Putschists haven’t done so, said Lavrov.

“Everything points to the fact that (they) are not able to control extremists, or do not want to control them.”

“The main thing now is to prevent any kind of violence in Ukraine. It is the first clause of the Geneva agreements, the first requirement.”

“This part of the Geneva agreement is not fulfilled, but on the contrary, steps are taken by (Kiev putschists) in violation of” its terms.

“We are concerned that instead of confirming the responsibility for the situation, Kiev and the West-European countries are trying to make Russia responsible.”

Claiming four-party agreement terms don’t apply to Maidan is “absolutely acceptable,” Lavrov added.

Obama dispatched Vice President Joe Biden. He arrived in Kiev. He did so to meet with his new friends. He expressed full US support.

Washington will help its “leaders” create national unity, he said. They face “humiliating threats” and “daunting problems,” he added.

He called planned sham May elections the most important in Ukraine’s history. They’ll be farcical when held. Biden didn’t explain.

He came for a victory lap. It’s for Obama’s latest imperial trophy. If he can hold it, a previous article explained.

Eastern Ukrainians reject Kiev putschists. They want their legitimate rights respected. They want local autonomy. They’re going all-out to get it legitimately.

On April 21, Voice of Russia headlined “Biden to test US face-saving retreat plan for Ukraine,” saying:

He’ll “explore the possibilities for Washington’s face-saving exit from its foreign policy catastrophe in the country…”

Rostislav Ishchenko heads the Kiev-based Centre for Analysis and Prognosis. Washington’s failure in Ukraine necessitates a retreat without losing face, he said.

Biden arrived with a mandate. It’s “to cover up (America’s) retreat.” Kiev can’t “suppress” Eastern Ukrainian activists. It won’t fulfill four-party deal terms.

Biden came to make the best out of a bad situation. Putting lipstick on this pig won’t work.

Fascists running Kiev can’t hide their extremism. Big Lies don’t wash. Washington is public enemy number one.

Kiev putschists are convenient stooges. They have no legitimacy whatever. Eastern Ukrainians reject them. They do so responsibly.

Perhaps Western ones will join once their full agenda is implemented. Repression and neoliberal harshness reflect it. People take only so much before rebelling.

Scoundrel media lie. New York Times misinformation is scandalous. Russia bashing repeats daily. On April 21, The Times headlined “Russia Displays a New Military Prowess in Ukraine’s East,” saying:

It “combine(s) cyberwarfare, an energetic information campaign and the use of highly trained special operation troops to seize the initiative from the West.”

It “project(s) power in the ‘near abroad.’ ” It “road-tested” strategy in Crimea. It combines “hard and soft power.”

“For its intervention in Crimea, the Russians used a so-called snap military exercise to distract attention and hide their preparations.”

“Then specially trained troops, without identifying patches, moved quickly to secure key installations. Once the operation was underway, the Russian force cut telephone cables, jammed communications and used cyberwarfare to cut off the Ukrainian military forces on the peninsula.”

Moscow “sen(t) small, well-equipped teams across the Ukrainian border to seize government buildings that could be turned over to sympathizers and local militias.”

“Police stations and Interior Ministry buildings, which stored arms that could be turned over to local supporters, were targeted.”

“The Kremlin has used its military deployment to buttress its diplomatic strategy of insisting on an extensive degree of federalism in Ukraine, one in which the eastern provinces would be largely autonomous and under Moscow’s influence.”

Fact check:

You can’t make this stuff up. Times reports read like bad fiction. No evidence whatever supports its claims. They’re manufactured out of whole cloth. They lack credibility.

At the same time, daily content is silent about Washington elevating illegitimate putschists to power. The Times supports them. It pretends they’re democrats.

Readers are systematically lied to. Managed news misinformation substitutes for truth and full disclosure.

America’s imperial rampaging continues. Times correspondents, contributors and editors support it.

All so-called news fit to print is rubbish. Readers are on their own to learn truth. Times management excludes it from daily content. Doing so is longstanding editorial policy.

Putin Blames West for Ukraine Conflict

Washington bears full responsibility. Rogue EU partners share it. So do Kiev fascist putschists.

They’re convenient US stooges. They mock legitimacy. State terrorism is official policy.

Washington fully supports it. Putin forthrightly condemns it. He represents responsible geopolitical leadership. He’s polar opposite Obama.

His spokesman Dmitry Peskov released an official statement. It addressed Odessa’s massacre, saying:

“The authorities in Kiev not only bear direct responsibility, but are complicit in these criminal activities. Their arms are up to the elbows in blood.”

Odessa reflects “the connivance of those who consider themselves the authority in Kiev.”

“They allowed extremists and radicals to burn unarmed people alive. I stress that these people were unarmed.”

Washington and rogue EU partners represent “the highest manifestation of cynicism.”

“The people who justify this punitive operation are the same ones that did not allow the legitimate President of Ukraine, Viktor Yanukovich, to bring order to the country.”

“In spite of consistent attempts to encourage dialogue, Russia has hit against provocation not only from Kiev, but also its Western sponsors.”

Kiev putschists prevent any possibility for resolving things diplomatically, he added.

Obama outrageously called unrestrained violence “a move to restore order.”

EU foreign policy chief Catherine Ashton was no better. “(T)he state’s monopoly on the legitimate use of violence needs to be respected,” she said.

Peskov called her comment “monstrous,” adding: “Our colleagues in the West are basically trying to justify the large numbers of murders we are seeing.”

Moscow got thousands of Eastern Ukrainian calls for help, he said. “Desperate people call. They ask for help.”

“The vast majority want Russia’s help. All these calls are reported to President Vladimir Putin.”

Kramatorsk shares the eye of the storm. Ukrainian military forces attacked city residents. Right Sector thugs joined them.

Street fighting rages. Overnight Friday, at least 10 activists were killed. Dozens more were wounded.

Journalist Graham Phillips said all roads “in and out of Kramatorsk (are) blocked off.”

RT International’s Paula Slier said one resident told her “he heard (about) Right Sector (thugs) putting people on their knees and shooting them in (the) back of the head…”

She believes neo-Nazi thug Dmytro Yarosh is in Kramatorsk directing cold-blooded murder.

Two city checkpoints were destroyed. A TV tower was seized. Regime snipers atop buildings fire on city residents.

Street fighting rages. Civilians are being murdered in cold blood.  Coup-appointed Interior Minister Arsen Avakov said the operation’s “active phase” would continue on Saturday.

“We are not going to stop,” he added. A Donbas self-defense forces statement said:

“The security operation in Kramatorsk has resumed, snipers controlled by the Kiev government have occupied multi-story buildings and are firing from there.”

“In addition, there is fighting on the town streets, involving the use of various weapons.”

Casualties “are mainly civilians, who happened to be near the scene of fighting.”

Donetsk regional cities are under attack. Activist Nikolai Solntsev said:

“(F)ull mobilization (was) declared. Our security services are ready for full-scale military actions.”

“We will mobilize our people today in the united people’s struggle resistance movement…” It’s an ongoing struggle for freedom, he added.

Yasnogorka was attacked. It’s adjacent to Kramatorsk. An eye-witness said hostilities began late Friday.

Lights were turned off. “Shots (were) heard across the city. Signal rockets (lit) up the sky…Peoples (said) the Ukrainian army is shooting at everything that moves right now.”

Deaths and injuries were reported. Slavyansk hostilities continued. Self-defense forces headquarters was attacked.

Snipers target city residents indiscriminately. Odessa remains under attack. Lawless aggression defines official putschist policy.

Unarmed civilians are fair game. They’re being killed and injured in cold blood. Fighting shows no signs of abating.

Continuing it reveals fascism’s ugly face. Deaths and injuries mount. No end of conflict looms. Expect lots more deaths, injuries and suffering ahead.

Media scoundrels turned truth on its head. They ignored Kiev’s responsibility for dozens of deaths and injuries.

The New York Times reported Odessa’s massacre irresponsibly, saying:

“Violence also erupted Friday in the previously calmer port city of Odessa, on the Black Sea, where dozens of people died in a fire related to clashes that broke out between protesters holding a march for Ukrainian unity and pro-Russian activists.”

“Ukrainian and Russian news media showed images of buildings and debris burning, fire bombs being assembled and men armed with pistols.”

No mention of Right Sector thugs setting Odessa’s Trade Union House ablaze.

Nothing about their blocking ways out. Nothing about their brutally beating dozens managing to escape. Nothing about around two dozen hospitalized in serious condition.

Nothing about Kiev putschists responsibility. Nothing about Washington ordering them to unleash violence against Eastern Ukrainian activists.

The Washington Post was no better. It turned truth on its head, saying:

On Friday, “Ukraine suffered its bloodiest day in nearly three months…when the army launched its first major assault on a rebel stronghold and 34 killed in clashes between pro-Ukrainian and pro-Russian mobs in the Black Sea port city of Odessa.”

“A pro-Ukrainian rally attended by thousands of soccer fans before a game Friday night was attacked by pro-Russian separatists.”

Fact: Ukraine’s military and Right Sector fascist thugs bear full responsibility for what’s happening.

Fact: So-called Russian mobs are ordinary civilians.

Fact: They’re activists fighting for freedom.

Fact: They’ve been indiscriminately attacked.

Fact: Hooligans and Right Sector thugs attacked freedom fighting self-defense forces.

Fact: They’re Ukrainians.

Fact: They’re civilians.

Fact: They want Ukraine federalized.

Fact: They want local autonomy.

Fact: They want fundamental rights everyone deserves.

Don’t expect the Washington Post to explain.

Wall Street Journal editors headlined “Ukraine Needs US Military aid,” saying:

“The battle for Ukraine is entering a dangerous new phase, as the Kiev government is finally making an attempt to regain control over its eastern cities from local thugs and Russian special forces.”

“Is it too much to ask the US to offer the military means to help Ukraine keeps its own territory?”

Washington bears full responsibility for Ukraine’s violence. Journal editors irresponsibly blamed Putin.

He wants to “disrupt his neighbor,” they said. He’s doing it as May 25 elections approached, they added.

They’ll be farcical when held. They’ll have no legitimacy whatever.

“The Russian strongman wants to block the vote, or disrupt it enough so he can call it illegitimate,” said Journal editors.

“His Russian-sponsored fighters moved this week from smaller towns in eastern Ukraine…”

Fact: Kiev-deployed Right Sector thugs attacked unarmed civilians indiscriminately.

Fact: They murdered dozens in cold blood.

Fact: Ukraine’s military committed lawless aggression.

Fact: It continues unabated.

Fact: Unarmed civilians are shot.

Fact: They’re murdered in cold blood.

Journal editors want US Washington-supplied military aid. They support lawless aggression. They consider civilians fair game.

They ignored Odessa’s massacre. They turned a blind eye to Right Sector thugs shooting unarmed civilians in the back of the head.

They’re mindless of fascism’s dark side. They expressed full support.

The Chicago Tribune misreported on Odessa’s massacre, saying:

Its “riot…ended in a deadly blaze in a trade union building…”

No mention of fascist Right Sector responsibility. Nothing about brutally beating unarmed civilians. Nothing about murdering them in cold blood.

Western countries blamed Russia “for stoking separatism and fear,” The Tribune said.

“Moscow could be planning to repeat its ‘annexation’ of Crimea in other parts of Ukraine,” it added.

It turned truth on its head saying so. Tribune readers have no idea what’s going on.

Nor do US TV viewers. Their Ukrainian coverage blames victims for Kiev crimes.

Spin suppresses truth. Cold-blooded murder is called self-defense. Civilians are called “terrorists.”

Military aggression is called defending Ukraine responsibly. Big Lies substitute for reality. CNN misreported. It’s “unclear how (the Odessa) fire began,” it claimed.

Fox News blamed Russian special forces. Thousands of Eastern Ukrainians asked Putin for help. According to Fox News, they asked Kiev for protection against Russia.

Other cable channels and broadcasters reported similar Big Lies. They pointed fingers the wrong way.

They’ve done so throughout months of conflict. They support right over wrong.

Western print and electronic media march in lockstep with imperial lawlessness. They support Kiev putschists.

They’re propagandists. They masquerade as journalists. They turn truth on its head. They systematically lie to readers and views.

They endorse what demands condemnation. They do it 24/7 round-the clock.

The battle for Ukraine’s soul continues. No end of conflict looms. Expect worse than ever ahead.

Bloodbath in a dozen or more cities could follow. Don’t expect media scoundrels to explain accurately.

Expect Big Lies to repeat ad nauseam. Expect truth to be systematically buried.

A War in the Planning for Four Years

Zbigniew Brzezinski and the CFR Put War Plans in a 1997 Book – It is “A Blueprint for World Dictatorship,” Says a Former German Defense and NATO Official Who Warned of Global Domination in 1984, in an Exclusive Interview With FTW

“THE GRAND CHESSBOARD – American Primacy And It’s Geostrategic Imperatives,” Zbigniew Brzezinski, Basic Books, 1997.

These are the very first words in the book, “Ever since the continents started interacting politically, some five hundred years ago, Eurasia has been the center of world power.” – p. xiii. Eurasia is all of the territory east of Germany and Poland, stretching all the way through Russia and China to the Pacific Ocean. It includes the Middle East and most of the Indian subcontinent. The key to controlling Eurasia, says Brzezinski, is controlling the Central Asian Republics. And the key to controlling the Central Asian republics is Uzbekistan. Thus, it comes as no surprise that Uzbekistan was forcefully mentioned by President George W. Bush in his address to a joint session of Congress just days after the attacks of September 11 as the very first place that the U.S. military would be deployed.

As FTW has documented in previous stories, major deployments of U.S. and British forces had taken place before the attacks. And the U.S. Army and the CIA had been active in Uzbekistan for several years. There is now evidence that what the world is witnessing is a cold and calculated war plan – at least four years in the making – and that, from reading Brzezinski’s own words about Pearl Harbor, the World Trade Center attacks were just the trigger needed to set the final conquest in motion.

FTW, November 7, 2001, 1200 PST – There’s a quote often attributed to Allen Dulles after it was noted that the final 1964 report of the Warren Commission on the assassination of JFK contained dramatic inconsistencies. Those inconsistencies, in effect, disproved the Commission’s own final conclusion that Lee Harvey Oswald acted alone on November 22, 1963. Dulles, a career spy, Wall Street lawyer, the CIA director whom JFK had fired after the 1961 Bay of Pigs fiasco – and the Warren Commission member who took charge of the investigation and final report – is reported to have said, “The American people don’t read.”

Some Americans do read. So do Europeans and Asians and Africans and Latin Americans.

World events since the attacks of September 11, 2001 have not only been predicted, but also planned, orchestrated and – as their architects would like to believe – controlled. The current Central Asian war is not a response to terrorism, nor is it a reaction to Islamic fundamentalism. It is in fact, in the words of one of the most powerful men on the planet, the beginning of a final conflict before total world domination by the United States leads to the dissolution of all national governments. This, says Council on Foreign Relations (CFR) member and former Carter National Security Advisor, Zbigniew Brzezinski, will lead to nation states being incorporated into a new world order, controlled solely by economic interests as dictated by banks, corporations and ruling elites concerned with the maintenance (by manipulation and war) of their power. As a means of intimidation for the unenlightened reader who happens upon this frightening plan – the plan of the CFR – Brzezinski offers the alternative of a world in chaos unless the U.S. controls the planet by whatever means are necessary and likely to succeed.

This position is corroborated by Dr. Johannes B. Koeppl, Ph.D. a former German defense ministry official and advisor to former NATO Secretary General Manfred Werner. On November 6, he told FTW, “The interests behind the Bush Administration, such as the CFR, The Trilateral Commission – founded by Brzezinski for David Rockefeller – and the Bliderberger Group, have prepared for and are now moving to implement open world dictatorship within the next five years. They are not fighting against terrorists. They are fighting against citizens.”

Brzezinski’s own words – laid against the current official line that the United States is waging a war to end terrorism – are self-incriminating. In an ongoing series of articles, FTW has consistently established that the U.S. government had foreknowledge of the World Trade Center attacks and chose not to stop them because it needed to secure public approval for a war that is now in progress. It is a war, as described by Vice President Dick Cheney, “that may not end in our lifetimes.” What that means is that it will not end until all armed groups, anywhere in the world, which possess the political, economic or military ability to resist the imposition of this dictatorship, have been destroyed.

These are the “terrorists” the U.S. now fights in Afghanistan and plans to soon fight all over the globe.

Before exposing Brzezinski (and those he represents) with his own words, or hearing more from Dr. Koeppl, it is worthwhile to take a look at Brzezinski’s background.

According to his resume Brzezinski, holding a 1953 Ph.D. from Harvard, lists the following achievements:

Counselor, Center for Strategic and International Studies Professor of American Foreign Policy, Johns Hopkins University National Security Advisor to President Jimmy Carter (1977-81) Trustee and founder of the Trilateral Commission International advisor of several major US/Global corporations Associate of Henry Kissinger Under Ronald Reagan – member of NSC-Defense Department Commission on Integrated Long-Term Strategy Under Ronald Reagan – member of the President’s Foreign Intelligence Advisory Board Past member, Board of Directors, The Council on Foreign Relations 1988 – Co-chairman of the Bush National Security Advisory Task Force.

Brzezinski is also a past attendee and presenter at several conferences of the Bliderberger group – a non-partisan affiliation of the wealthiest and most powerful families and corporations on the planet.

The Grand Chessboard

Brzezinski sets the tone for his strategy by describing Russia and China as the two most important countries – almost but not quite superpowers – whose interests that might threaten the U.S. in Central Asia. Of the two, Brzezinski considers Russia to be the more serious threat. Both nations border Central Asia. In a lesser context he describes the Ukraine, Azerbaijan, Iran and Kazakhstan as essential “lesser” nations that must be managed by the U.S. as buffers or counterweights to Russian and Chinese moves to control the oil, gas and minerals of the Central Asian Republics (Turkmenistan, Uzbekistan, Tajikistan, and Kyrgyzstan).

He also notes, quite clearly (p. 53) that any nation that might become predominant in Central Asia would directly threaten the current U.S. control of oil resources in the Persian Gulf. In reading the book it becomes clear why the U.S. had a direct motive for the looting of some $300 billion in Russian assets during the 1990s, destabilizing Russia’s currency (1998) and ensuring that a weakened Russia would have to look westward to Europe for economic and political survival, rather than southward to Central Asia. A dependent Russia would lack the military, economic and political clout to exert influence in the region and this weakening of Russia would explain why Russian President Vladimir Putin has been such a willing ally of U.S. efforts to date. (See FTW Vol. IV, No. 1 – March 31, 2001)

An examination of selected quotes from “The Grand Chessboard,” in the context of current events reveals the darker agenda behind military operations that were planned long before September 11th, 2001.

“…The last decade of the twentieth century has witnessed a tectonic shift in world affairs. For the first time ever, a non-Eurasian power has emerged not only as a key arbiter of Eurasian power relations but also as the world’s paramount power. The defeat and collapse of the Soviet Union was the final step in the rapid ascendance of a Western Hemisphere power, the United States, as the sole and, indeed, the first truly global power… (p. xiii)

“… But in the meantime, it is imperative that no Eurasian challenger emerges, capable of dominating Eurasia and thus of also challenging America. The formulation of a comprehensive and integrated Eurasian geostrategy is therefore the purpose of this book. (p. xiv)

“The attitude of the American public toward the external projection of American power has been much more ambivalent. The public supported America’s engagement in World War II largely because of the shock effect of the Japanese attack on Pearl Harbor. (pp 24-5)

“For America, the chief geopolitical prize is Eurasia… Now a non-Eurasian power is preeminent in Eurasia – and America’s global primacy is directly dependent on how long and how effectively its preponderance on the Eurasian continent is sustained. (p.30)

“America’s withdrawal from the world or because of the sudden emergence of a successful rival – would produce massive international instability. It would prompt global anarchy.” (p. 30)

“In that context, how America ‘manages’ Eurasia is critical. Eurasia is the globe’s largest continent and is geopolitically axial. A power that dominates Eurasia would control two of the world’s three most advanced and economically productive regions. A mere glance at the map also suggests that control over Eurasia would almost automatically entail Africa’s subordination, rendering the Western Hemisphere and Oceania geopolitically peripheral to the world’s central continent. About 75 per cent of the world’s people live in Eurasia, and most of the world’s physical wealth is there as well, both in its enterprises and underneath its soil. Eurasia accounts for 60 per cent of the world’s GNP and about three-fourths of the world’s known energy resources.” (p.31)

Two basic steps are thus required: first, to identify the geostrategically dynamic Eurasian states that have the power to cause a potentially important shift in the international distribution of power and to decipher the central external goals of their respective political elites and the likely consequences of their seeking to attain them;… second, to formulate specific U.S. policies to offset, co-opt, and/or control the above… (p. 40)

“…To put it in a terminology that harkens back to the more brutal age of ancient empires, the three grand imperatives of imperial geostrategy are to prevent collusion and maintain security dependence among the vassals, to keep tributaries pliant and protected, and to keep the barbarians from coming together.” (p.40)

“Henceforth, the United States may have to determine how to cope with regional coalitions that seek to push America out of Eurasia, thereby threatening America’s status as a global power.” (p.55)

“Uzbekistan – with its much more ethnically homogeneous population of approximately 25 million and its leaders emphasizing the country’s historic glories – has become increasingly assertive in affirming the region’s new postcolonial status.” (p.95)

“Thus, even the ethnically vulnerable Kazakhstan joined the other Central Asian states in abandoning the Cyrillic alphabet and replacing it with Latin script as adapted earlier by Turkey. In effect, by the mid-1990s a bloc, quietly led by Ukraine and comprising Uzbekistan, Turkmenistan, Azerbaijan and sometimes also Kazakhstan, Georgia and Moldova, had informally emerged to obstruct Russian efforts to use the CIS as the tool for political integration.” (p.114)

“…Hence, support for the new post-Soviet states – for geopolitical pluralism in the space of the former Soviet empire – has to be an integral part of a policy designed to induce Russia to exercise unambiguously its European option. Among these states. Three are geopolitically especially important: Azerbaijan, Uzbekistan, and Ukraine.” (p. 121) “Uzbekistan, nationally the most vital and the most populous of the central Asian states, represents the major obstacle to any renewed Russian control over the region. Its independence is critical to the survival of the other Central Asian states, and it is the least vulnerable to Russian pressures.” (p. 121)

Referring to an area he calls the “Eurasian Balkans” and a 1997 map in which he has circled the exact location of the current conflict – describing it as the central region of pending conflict for world dominance – Brzezinski writes: “Moreover, they [the Central Asian Republics] are of importance from the standpoint of security and historical ambitions to at least three of their most immediate and more powerful neighbors, namely Russia, Turkey and Iran, with China also signaling an increasing political interest in the region. But the Eurasian Balkans are infinitely more important as a potential economic prize: an enormous concentration of natural gas and oil reserves is located in the region, in addition to important minerals, including gold.” (p.124) [Emphasis added]

The world’s energy consumption is bound to vastly increase over the next two or three decades. Estimates by the U.S. Department of energy anticipate that world demand will rise by more than 50 percent between 1993 and 2015, with the most significant increase in consumption occurring in the Far East. The momentum of Asia’s economic development is already generating massive pressures for the exploration and exploitation of new sources of energy and the Central Asian region and the Caspian Sea basin are known to contain reserves of natural gas and oil that dwarf those of Kuwait, the Gulf of Mexico, or the North Sea.” (p.125)

“Kazakhstan is the shield and Uzbekistan is the soul for the region’s diverse national awakenings.” (p.130)

“Uzbekistan is, in fact, the prime candidate for regional leadership in Central Asia.” (p.130) “Once pipelines to the area have been developed, Turkmenistan’s truly vast natural gas reserves augur a prosperous future for the country’s people. (p.132)

“In fact, an Islamic revival – already abetted from the outside not only by Iran but also by Saudi Arabia – is likely to become the mobilizing impulse for the increasingly pervasive new nationalisms, determined to oppose any reintegration under Russian – and hence infidel – control.” (p. 133).

“For Pakistan, the primary interest is to gain Geostrategic depth through political influence in Afghanistan – and to deny to Iran the exercise of such influence in Afghanistan and Tajikistan – and to benefit eventually from any pipeline construction linking Central Asia with the Arabian Sea.” (p.139)

“Moreover, sensible Russian leaders realize that the demographic explosion underway in the new states means that their failure to sustain economic growth will eventually create an explosive situation along Russia’s entire southern frontier.” (p.141) [This would explain why Putin would welcome U.S. military presence to stabilize the region.]

“Turkmenistan… has been actively exploring the construction of a new pipeline through Afghanistan and Pakistan to the Arabian Sea…” (p.145)

“It follows that America’s primary interest is to help ensure that no single power comes to control this geopolitical space and that the global community has unhindered financial and economic access to it.” (p148)

“China’s growing economic presence in the region and its political stake in the area’s independence are also congruent with America’s interests.” (p.149)

“America is now the only global superpower, and Eurasia is the globe’s central arena. Hence, what happens to the distribution of power on the Eurasian continent will be of decisive importance to America’s global primacy and to America’s historical legacy.” (p.194)

”…the Eurasian Balkans – threatens to become a cauldron of ethnic conflict and great-power rivalry.” (p.195)

“Without sustained and directed American involvement, before long the forces of global disorder could come to dominate the world scene. And the possibility of such a fragmentation is inherent in the geopolitical tensions not only of today’s Eurasia but of the world more generally.” (p.194)

“With warning signs on the horizon across Europe and Asia, any successful American policy must focus on Eurasia as a whole and be guided by a Geostrategic design.” (p.197)

“That puts a premium on maneuver and manipulation in order to prevent the emergence of a hostile coalition that could eventually seek to challenge America’s primacy…” (p. 198)

“The most immediate task is to make certain that no state or combination of states gains the capacity to expel the United States from Eurasia or even to diminish significantly its decisive arbitration role.” (p. 198)

“In the long run, global politics are bound to become increasingly uncongenial to the concentration of hegemonic power in the hands of a single state. Hence, America is not only the first, as well as the only, truly global superpower, but it is also likely to be the very last.” (p.209)

“Moreover, as America becomes an increasingly multi-cultural society, it may find it more difficult to fashion a consensus on foreign policy issues, except in the circumstance of a truly massive and widely perceived direct external threat.” (p. 211) [Emphasis added]

The Horror – And Comments From Someone Who Worked With Brzezinski

Brzezinski’s book is sublimely arrogant. While singing the praises of the IMF and the World Bank, which have economically terrorized nations on every continent, and while totally ignoring the worldwide terrorist actions of the U.S. government that have led to genocide; cluster bombings of civilian populations from Kosovo, to Laos, to Iraq, to Afghanistan; the development and battlefield use of both biological and chemical agents such as Sarin gas; and the financial rape of entire cultures it would leave the reader believing that such actions are for the good of mankind.

While seconded from the German defense ministry to NATO in the late 1970s, Dr. Johannes Koeppl – mentioned at the top of this article – traveled to Washington on more than one occasion. He also met with Brzezinski in the White House on more than one occasion. His other Washington contacts included Steve Larabee from the CFR, John J. McCloy, former CIA Director, economist Milton Friedman, and officials from Carter’s Office of Management and Budget. He is the first person I have ever interviewed who has made a direct presentation at a Bliderberger conference and he has also made numerous presentations to sub-groups of the Trilateral Commission. That was before he spoke out against them.

His fall from grace was rapid after he realized that Brzezinski was part of a group intending to impose a world dictatorship. “In 1983/4 I warned of a take-over of world governments being orchestrated by these people. There was an obvious plan to subvert true democracies and selected leaders were not being chosen based upon character but upon their loyalty to an economic system run by the elites and dedicated to preserving their power.

“All we have now are pseudo-democracies.”

Koeppl recalls meeting U.S. Congressman Larry McDonald in Nuremburg in the early 80s. McDonald, who was then contemplating a run for the Presidency, was a severe critic of these elites. He was killed in the Russian shootdown of Korean Air flight 007 in 1985. Koeppl believes that it might have been an assassination. Over the years many writers have made these allegations about 007 and the fact that someone with Koeppl’s credentials believes that an entire plane full of passengers would be destroyed to eliminate one man offers a chilling opinion of the value placed on human life by the powers that be.

In 1983, Koeppl warned, through Op-Ed pieces published in NEWSWEEK and elsewhere, that Brzezinski and the CFR were part of an effort to impose a global dictatorship. His fall from grace was swift. “It was a criminal society that I was dealing with. It was not possible to publish anymore in the so-called respected publications. My 30 year career in politics ended.

“The people of the western world have been trained to be good consumers; to focus on money, sports cars, beauty, consumer goods. They have not been trained to look for character in people. Therefore what we need is education for politicians, a form of training that instills in them a higher sense of ethics than service to money. There is no training now for world leaders. This is a shame because of the responsibility that leaders hold to benefit all mankind rather than to blindly pursue destructive paths.

“We also need education for citizens to be more efficient in their democracies, in addition to education for politicians that will create a new network of elites based upon character and social intelligence.”

Koeppl, who wrote his 1989 doctoral thesis on NATO management, also authored a 1989 book – largely ignored because of its controversial revelations – entitled “The Most Important Secrets in the World.” He maintains a German language web site at and he can be reached by email at

As to the present conflict Koeppl expressed the gravest concerns, “This is more than a war against terrorism. This is a war against the citizens of all countries. The current elites are creating so much fear that people don’t know how to respond. But they must remember. This is a move to implement a world dictatorship within the next five years. There may not be another chance.”

Meet Obama’s New HHS Chief

She’s like the old Health and Human Services chief. She’s Sylvia Mathews Burwell. More on her below.

Sylvia Mathews Burwell

Kathleen Sebelius is out. She said she resigned. Maybe she was pushed. Obamacare claimed its latest victim. She served as chief architect. She presided over its disastrous rollout.

Obama’s Patient Protection and Affordable Care Act (ACA) is a giant scam. It rations care. It’s a ripoff. It’s a monstrosity.

It’s rife with unacceptable inequities. It does nothing to control costs. They’re spiraling out-of-control. They’re increasingly unaffordable for growing millions.

ACA makes a dysfunctional system worse. It’s double the cost of other developed nations.

It’s woefully inadequate. It leaves millions uninsured. It leaves millions more way underinsured. It makes US healthcare more than ever unaffordable.

If employers don’t provide it, consumers are out of luck. They’re forced to choose from among unacceptable options.

They require buying insurance or be penalized. In 2014, it’s $95 per person up to 1% of family income, whichever is greater.

Fines increase sevenfold over the next two years. In 2016, it’s $695 per person up to 2.5% of income. It’s whichever is greater.

It’s a boon to predatory providers. It should be. They wrote legislation mandating it. It assures they benefit at our expense.

It lets them game the system for profits. It lets them rip off consumers unaccountably. It offers a confusing array of plans.

They’re privately run. Most leave consumers paying around 40% of costs out-of-pocket. It’s after spending thousands of dollars on huge premiums.

It empowers IRS authorities. They’ll enforce 47 new tax provisions. Expect nightmarish conditions ahead. Giving the agency power over healthcare is scandalous. Enormous harm is likely.

It’s fast food healthcare. It makes underinsurance the new normal. Potential consequences are financially and medically grave.

ACA reduces uninsured numbers from 50 to 30 million. Insurance afforded is full of holes. It’s confusing.

Costs vary by state and the negotiating power of exchanges. Prescription drug coverage isn’t all inclusive. Some medications aren’t covered.

Americans deserve better. Universal single-payer coverage alone provides it. Growing millions face life or debt.

Perhaps treating serious illness or paying rent. Perhaps damned one way or another. ACA makes America more than ever unfit to live in.

Sibelius was Obama’s enforcer. In 2003, she became Kansas’ 44th governor. In 2006, she won a second term.

She committed “to growing the Kansas economy and creating jobs.” She said “every Kansas child (deserves) quality education.”

All Kansans deserve “improv(ed) access to quality, affordable health care,” she said.

In 2005, Time magazine named her one of the nation’s top five governors. She’s a former National Governors Association Executive Committee member.

As National Governors Association co-chair, she co-headed a Securing a Clean Energy Future initiative.

Before becoming HHS secretary, she pledged support for “our people hav(ing) access to the highest quality, most affordable health care.”

She promised one thing. She delvered another. She enforced policies polar opposite what she pledged. It didn’t surprise.

As Kansas governor, she betrayed her constituents. She left behind a string of broken promises. Perhaps why Obama chose her for HHS chief.

Promised high quality/affordable healthcare for Kansans never materialized. Private coverage decreased around 15%.

Medicaid enrollees increased about 30%. Uninsured numbers rose exponentially. Sibelius did virtually nothing to help.

Her agenda was pro-business. She supported cuts in state corporate income and property taxes. She endorsed repealing Kansas’ estate and corporate franchise taxes.

She prioritized making Kansas investment friendly. She was notably anti-populist. She remained so in Washington.

She was predatory healthcare giants best friend. She served them at the expense of all others. She created an enormous scam. She leaves behind a huge mess.

Healthcare reform in America has a deplorable history. Lobbyists get what they want at our expense.

Initiatives date from 1913 – 1918 health insurance movement efforts. At issue was improving industrial workers’ health and welfare.

Legislation was woefully inadequate. By 1920, the health insurance movement was dead. In the 1930s and 40s, government-sponsored health insurance again surfaced.

It was either in the form of federally-subsidized state programs or through Social Security. Medical opposition was considerable.

In the 1950s, views changed. Employer-provided coverage grew. In 1965, Medicare and Medicaid followed. So did calls for reform later on.

In 1993/94, Clinton addressed the issue. He did so unsuccessfully. Hillarycare featured managed competition/marketplace medicine.

It empowered providers over consumers. It provided an illusion of proper coverage. It excluded tens of millions altogether.

Profits trump human need. Nothing changed from earlier to today. America’s healthcare history reflects failure to serve consumers responsibly.

Obamacare shows how little they matter. As long as America’s business is business, expect profits to keep trumping human need.

Sibelius served from April 2009. She’s out. Sylvia Mathews Burwell. Expect more of the same on her watch. White House chief of staff Denis McDonough said:

“The president wants to make sure we have a proven manager and relentless implementer in the job over there, which is why he is going to nominate Sylvia.”

Healthcare giants will be in good hands on her watch. She’s part of the system. It’s why Obama chose her. She’s currently Office of Management and Budget (OMB) director. She’s been so since April 2013.

Previously she headed the Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation Global Development Program. Their foundation is the world’s largest charity.

It invests in companies involved in causing health problems it claims to combat. It’s unapologetic doing so.

Over 40% of its investments run counter to its claimed charitable goals. Its holdings include dozens of America’s greatest polluters.

They’re responsible for respiratory and numerous other diseases. Gates invests for profits.

Healthcare and other human needs don’t matter. His Global Development Program operates the same way. In 2001, Burwell joined his foundation.

From 1998 through January 2001, she was Clinton’s deputy OMB director. In March 2013, Obama nominated her for his OMB chief.

In April 2013, Senators confirmed her 96 – 0. On April 11, 2014,  Obama nominated her for HHS director.

Since 2011, she’s been Walmart Foundation president. She was Gates’ Libraries & Pacific Northwest executive director.

From 1995 – 1997, she was Treasury Secretary Robert Rubin’s chief of staff. From 1993 – 1995, she was Clinton’s National Economic Council staff director.

From 1992 – 1993, she was Clinton’s economic transition team manager. From 1990 – 1992, she was a McKinsey and Company associate.

Since 2004, she served as Metropolitan Life Insurance Company director. She was a MetLife, Inc. director from January 21, 2004 through April 19, 2013.

She’s a former Rhodes Scholar. She’s a Council on Foreign Relations and Trilateral Commission member. Her other affiliations include:

• the University of Washington Medicine board;

• the Pacific Council on International Policy;

• the Center for Strategic & International Studies (CSIS) Smart Power Commission;

• the Aspen Institute’s Aspen Strategy Group;

• the Nike Foundation Advisory Group;

• the Task Force on Transatlantic Relations for the Council on Foreign Relations, Inc.;

• Harvard’s John F. Kennedy School of Government; and

• University of Virginia’s Governing Council of the Miller Center of Public Affairs.

Burwell is a US power community member in good standing. She’ll fit right in at HHS.

She’ll pick up where Sebelius left off. Her job is serving predatory healthcare providers.

It’s benefitting them at the expense of consumers. It’s prioritizing profits over human need. Her track record shows she won’t disappoint.

Watch this all the way through and draw your own parallels between Russia and her oligarchs and America today and her Wall Street types. This is truly a amazing movie with interviews with the oligarchs and others who directly speak to their actions and hubris at the time. We hear about Putin and the Oligarchs as if it were a bad thing. America should pay heed to what was done to remove these creatures from power and follow suit in whatever way is most effective for this Western culture.
THEN tell me you would NOT like a Putin type to set your country free from such individuals!

This documentary outlines the rise and fall of the Russian-Jewish oligarchs after the fall of the Soviet Union. The reason why this period in history is important is because it delivered to us and into the political arena, Vladimir Putin, the now Russian President, and the antidote to President Obama who’s serving on behalf of Zionist Jewry and their total control of the United States of America. Had this not taken place, the world we live in would now have been very different with possibly more wars and conflicts and we would be further in the grip of International Jewry.

President Vladimir Putin is truly remarkable because he, and he alone, thwarted Zionist Jewry and the U.S. puppet president Obama in their attempt to overthrow the Syrian government thus changing the geopolitical climate in the Middle East in favor of Israel, as was Iraq, and allowing for a future invasion of Iran.

One need only to look at the countries and presidents the U.S. boycotts and criticizes to figure out who Zionist Jewry are targeting and then everything will fall into place.

Putin has been compared to Hitler for a variety of reasons, one because he won’t allow the West to meddle in Russian affairs and try to change the political and social climate through “democratic revolutions” or challenging authority through “human right campaigns” aimed at legalizing homosexual Gay Pride parades which outrage the people, but mostly because he revived his country out of the rubble that Jewish Bolshevism created, which even Putin himself admits was Jewish. Of course the Jews, as usual, claim Putin perpetuates this as an “anti-semitic lie”.
But what happened to the Jewish oligarchs after Putin became president? Berezovsky was exiled and allegedly committed suicide, Khodorkovsky rots in prison at this very moment, others fled to Israel or the West, but people like Abramovich stayed and were most likely forced to pledge allegiance, not to International Jewry, but to Russia as loyal law-abiding citizens.

And as for the Jewish community in Russia, at some point in time it was made clear to them that there would be no conspiring with their tribal brethren in the West to meddle with the affairs in Russia and they had to declare their allegiance to the country.
We can only look to the future with hope and keep our eyes and ears open and most importantly, inform people on what’s happening and why it’s happening, and one day we’ll also be able to put a president like Putin to power!
